Credit Controller (Fixed Term Contract 12 months)

Location: Hybrid Working

MAIN PURPOSE:

To be responsible for the collection of all outstanding debt within prescribed timescales. To ensuring the sales ledger is accurate and up to date.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verifying accuracy of all sales information within the system
• Liaising with sites to maintain accurate billing and credit control
• Investigate and chase all outstanding debt on an ongoing basis
• Maintain debt levels within prescribed targets
• Investigate/reconcile individual accounts to resolve disputes
• Deal with cash related queries from internal & external customers
• Produce sales ledger reports as required
• Any other associated sales ledger duties as required
• To support with administrative duties within the finance team
• To undertake any other reasonable duties falling within the role of Credit Controller as identified by the Accounts Receivable & Income Team Leader
• To undertake, any reasonable travelling requirements, in order to fulfil the tasks and responsibilities of the role

ABOUT YOU:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures
• Experience and ability to work to tight deadlines
