This is a great opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to take on a new challenge and take full ownership of the credit control process, whilst being a part of a thriving company that is renowned for offering an excellent work culture. The salary is between £27,000 - £31,000 plus hybrid working and other excellent benefits.

The Role

The main duties of the Credit Controller will consist of:

• Collecting outstanding debt via email and telephone.
• Assessing customer credit ratings and setting up new accounts.
• Sending monthly statements.
• Cash allocation.
• Reconciling customer accounts.
• Liaising with customers and dealing with queries.

Requirements

To be considered for the Credit Controller position, you must ideally possess the following skills/attributes:

• Must have proven credit control experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Good team player.
• Highly organised.
