Job summary

RECfinancial is recruiting on behalf of a large Leicester employer for a Credit Control & Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their busy finance team.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in credit control, accounts receivable or sales ledger who enjoys building relationships, resolving queries and ensuring outstanding debt is collected efficiently. Hybrid working opportunities with an excellent benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control, accounts receivable or sales ledger.
• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Comfortable with high volumes of transactions in finance systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Managing debt recovery processes and external collection agencies
• Monitoring shared finance inboxes and responding to queries
• Supporting wider finance operations when required

About You

• Previous experience within Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Sales Ledger
• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Comfortable working with finance systems and high volumes of transactions
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
