Qualifications

• 3+ years of credit control experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel with V-Look Ups and Pivots.
• Experience with MS Dynamics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collect debts diplomatically in line with client credit terms.
• Lead the Accounts Receivable Team and manage late payments.
• Report and reconcile accounts as needed.

About The Role

The Credit Control Team is responsible for diplomatically collecting debt in line with contracted Client credit terms, this involves removing any obstacle preventing this outcome

To be successful in this role you need to be passionate, professional, and absolutely comfortable working in a high pressure environment. The role is varied, involving reporting, reconciling, leading the Accounts Receivable Team. The core of the role is collecting late payments and reducing Flight Centre’s risk.

• 3 years Credit control experience
• Proactive, can-do attitude!

• Intermediate excel (V-Look Ups + Pivots)
• Promoting customer satisfaction whilst extracting cash in line with payment terms!
• Ability to quickly understand and use new tools and processes
