Job summary

SF Recruitment is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join the finance team on a permanent basis. You will own a ledger, chase debt, and support cash flow within a close-knit team.

Responsibilities include managing customer accounts end-to-end, performing credit checks, raising invoices, and producing debtor reports. The role offers a supportive environment and strong divisional collaboration.

Qualifications

• End-to-end credit control experience
• Experience managing your own customer ledger
• Confident carrying out credit checks and opening new accounts
• Strong cash collection and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication with a professional telephone manner

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts from start to finish

• Opening new customer accounts and carrying out credit checks

• Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues and maximise cash collection

What We're Looking For

• Previous end-to-end Credit Control experience
• Experience managing your own customer ledger
• Confident carrying out credit checks and opening new accounts
• Strong cash collection and negotiation skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
