Job description

To strengthen our UK/IRE finance team of 5 colleagues, we are looking for an experienced credit controller.

Your responsibilities

1. Verification and completion of documents for credit risk analysis
2. Supervision of customer payment terms and receivables in the context of credit risk
3. Collection and allocation of receivables from the company's debtors on a daily basis
4. Establishing credit terms for new customers
5. Responding to customer inquiries
6. Preparation of statements and reports
7. Contact with customers and the sales team
8. Contact with the legal department
9. Active participation in month-end closing and audits
10. Support other members of the wider Finance Team when requested

Your profile / How to succeed

• Experience in accounting, specifically in credit control
• Diplomatic and professional communication skills, both spoken and written
• Solution-oriented approach to customer interactions
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
