Videcon, a leading UK distributor of CCTV and related products, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our growing team in Heckmondwike. This office-based role runs Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm, with an environment that values ownership of customer accounts and strong relationships.
You will proactively contact customers to secure payments, manage a portfolio and ensure payments within agreed terms, while working with the Credit Manager to keep ledgers accurate and aged debt low.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience in Credit Control and is looking for a role where they can take ownership of their customer accounts, build strong relationships and continue to develop their career.
You'll be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring payments are received within agreed terms and working with customers to resolve any issues that may affect payment.

As a Credit Controller, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customer accounts are well managed, and payments are received on time.
