Our client is seeking a highly professionalCredit Controller to join their team. The successfulCredit Controllerwill work to manage money owed and ensure that clients adhere to agreed terms of payment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocating money received against existing invoices
• Negotiating repayment plans with customers
• Posting and allocating regular reports to accounting systems
• Collecting payments
• Managing overdue invoices, including by sending reminder letters
• Working with clients to resolve disputes

Experience and Skills Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role, such as in credit control or collections
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Highly organised
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outgoing, and able to form positive relationships with clients
• Strong telephone manner, and ability to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations
