CMC Consulting Ltd is seeking a personable Credit Controller to join a fast-paced, friendly team in London. You will manage the collection of approximately 700 accounts and collaborate with the sales team to determine progression to legal action when needed.

The role requires meticulous attention to arrears, monitoring payments within agreed timescales, and ensuring strict compliance with company processes and policies.

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for collection of 700 accounts
• Collection of outstanding sums due from clients
• Strict review of arrears, work with sales teams to determine progression to legal
• Monitor payments to ensure debts will be collected within agreed timescales
• Ensure that team process & controls are strictly followed and full compliance
• Monitoring statutory and internal compliance, including meeting company policies and procedures
