Job Overview

My client is a market leader in the Healthcare logistics sector. The team consists of highly experienced professionals who are industry experts. They are looking for someone to join their London team on a permanent basis. The business offers a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and collect debts according to company credit terms.
• Follow up on overdue debts as needed.
• Chase payments via calls, emails, and letters, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Handle inquiries from practices, insurance companies, and patients, and assist the credit control team with other tasks.
• Resolve client queries by collaborating with other departments to correct billing errors.
• Escalate overdue accounts to the Credit Control Supervisor.
• Identify potential bad debts and report details to the Credit Control Supervisor.
• Work with the sales and service team in London to resolve client issues.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as insurance companies, to resolve invoice queries.
• Support ad hoc projects as directed by the Head of Credit Control or Finance Manager.
