Job summary

VNI Finance is seeking a dedicated Credit Controller to support timely customer payments, resolve account queries and maintain accurate customer records. The role focuses on building positive relationships with customers while contributing to ongoing improvements in collection processes.

Working hours are 8-5, four days per week on-site, with Friday working from home. Salary up to £32,000, offering exposure to a leading international business and opportunities to broaden finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Credit Control: contact customers about invoices, follow up payments and monitor overdue balances.

• Teamwork: collaborate with finance and commercial colleagues to resolve discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to collection processes.
