IN2 Consult is recruiting a Credit Controller for a market leading business in North West London on a permanent, hybrid basis. The role encompasses broad credit control and accounts receivable responsibilities with a salary of up to £37,000.

You will own collections across the customer ledger, produce debt reporting, manage cash allocation and support month-end processes. Strong Excel and NetSuite experience are desirable, with professional communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• Credit control or accounts receivable experience, including cash allocation and customer payment queries.
• Good Excel and finance system skills; NetSuite is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Own collections across the customer ledger: chase by phone and email, agree payment dates and resolve disputes.
• Produce aged debt and bad debt reporting for internal stakeholders; support bad debt reviews and escalations.
• Run Direct Debit collections, including amendments, cancellations, queries and reconciling receipts.
• Allocate receipts, clear unallocated cash and drive the clean-up of historic balances on the AR ledger.
• Post cash and complete bank reconciliations for receipts and payments as part of month-end close.
• Post and reconcile company credit card transactions; chase cardholders for receipts and approvals.
• Manage the finance mailbox so queries are resolved promptly.

Credit Controller | Permanent | North West London (Hybrid) | Up to £37,000

IN2 Consult has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a market leading business based in NW London.The business has grown organically over the last five years. Acquisitions have added further scale, with more planned. This is a broad credit control and accounts receivable role.

The duties of the Credit Controller role includes:

• Own collections across the customer ledger: chase by phone and email, agree payment dates and resolve disputes
• Produce aged debt and bad debt reporting for internal stakeholders; support bad debt reviews and escalations
