Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar roles.
  • Strong system and Excel skills are essential.

Company Description

About the Business Division:

Central Services is a division of M3 EU Ltd. Its purpose is to be a shared finance resource for all divisions within M3 EU Ltd. Services provided are A/P, Payroll, HR, Credit Control and all aspects of Accounting.

Job Description

  • Accounts Receivable processing including raising and sending of customer invoices
  • Preparation of monthly A/R schedules
  • Preparation of annual audit schedules for A/R
  • Managing customer accounts. Ensuring customers pay invoices on time and addressing any payment issues.
  • Processing all bank transactions for customer receipts on a daily basis
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role – at least 2 years
  • Strong System skills (Knowledge of Barclays.net and NetSuite an advantage)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
