Job summary

You will lead a team of Credit Controllers, manage key customer relationships and ensure effective credit control processes across the business.

You will work closely with finance and operations, delivering on collection targets, reducing ageing and providing insights into cash flow and working capital.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Credit Control, Cash Collection or Accounts Receivable leadership.
• Ability to drive cash collection targets and KPI performance.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel, SAP and Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cash collection activities to achieve collection targets and KPIs.
• Manage overdue debt and minimise ageing balances.
• Provide regular debt performance updates to key stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and automation in credit control.
• Coach and develop Credit Controllers to a high-performance team.
