Job summary

Farrer Barnes Ltd is recruiting a Credit Control Administrator to join a busy maintenance and installation business on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a high-volume, data-driven role supporting credit control and sales ledger with accurate, up-to-date information.

You will be immediately available, ideally based within a commutable distance of Greenwich, with strong administration, attention to detail and Excel IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Uploading information to client portals.
• Maintaining and updating Excel worksheets and records.
• Checking invoices and supporting documentation.
• Verifying that works have been completed so invoices can be raised.
• Ensuring data is accurate and ready for billing.
• Providing general administrative support to the credit control function.
• Liaising with internal teams and clients where required.
