Job summary

Roland Europe Group Ltd is seeking a Credit Controller for the UK market, with responsibilities spanning the UK, Germany and Austria. The role focuses on timely cash collection, ledger accuracy, and maintaining credit terms.

Hybrid working arrangement involves three days in the office at Theale/Reading and close collaboration with the European Credit Control function. You will manage dealer accounts, resolve queries, and assist with cash postings and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts across the UK, Germany and Austria.
• Support timely payment collection and accurate ledger management.
• Maintain credit limits, payment terms and credit insurance arrangements.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and customers; resolve queries.
• Ensure cash receipts are posted promptly and accurately.
• Support overdue debt recovery activities where required.
• Provide analysis for management accounts and bad debt provisions.
• Attend meetings and liaise with auditors and comply with policies.
