Key tasks include chasing overdue payments via email, reconciling accounts, uploading invoices to portals, and supporting the wider finance function. The role suits hands-on professionals who can hit the ground running and work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control and accounts receivable.
• Excellent communication and professional telephone manner.
• Experience with cash allocation and account reconciliations.
• Able to manage high volumes of customer accounts and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Chasing overdue payments, primarily via email.
• Handling customer account and invoice queries over the phone.
• Uploading invoices to customer portals and payment systems.
• Allocating cash and reconciling customer accounts.
• Investigating and resolving outstanding issues in ledgers.
• Working through aged debt and AR backlog with pace.
• Supporting the wider finance team as required.
