Job summary

Framestore VR Studio in London is seeking an Asset Generalist to join the asset team on Advertising, Episodic and Immersive projects. You will create high-quality CG assets with a hands-on approach, focusing on modelling (creatures preferred) and readying textures and look development.

This fixed-term contract runs from start 23 November to end January 2027. Applicants based in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Extensive working knowledge of Substance Painter and/or Mari.
• Strong modelling skills, especially creatures, with texture and look development understanding.
• Ability to interpret reference materials and create detailed assets.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate texturing and asset creation for CG creatures and hard-surface models.
• Model assets as briefed and aligned with reference materials.
• Maintain and enforce a strong asset pipeline across the team and adapt it as needed.
• Present models for progress reviews to leads, supervisors, and clients.
• Ensure UV mapping is consistent and meets project requirements.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to meet deadlines and quality."
