Job summary

TikTok CAI Internship in London is seeking a motivated student to support the matchmaking between creators and merchants and to help scale GMV through data-driven optimization. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Available to start Sep 2026 for 3–6 months.
• Able to communicate and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Fluent in English for stakeholder communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Experience in content-based platforms is a plus.
• A proactive and resourceful mindset with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Matchmaking between creators and merchants; optimize efficiency via data analysis and operations to scale GMV.
• Support creator and seller operations using internal platforms, including outreach and incentive configuration.
• Identify Affiliate Program strategy to drive seller/creator GMV growth via affiliate services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve affiliate experience for creators and sellers, including GTM and product launches.
