Job summary

Ignite is partnering with a fast-scaling Health & Wellness brand in the UK to hire a Junior Creative Strategist. You will own the performance creative output across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, with autonomy and influence from day one in a founder-led, ambitious environment.

The role requires 2+ years in Creative Strategy or Direct Response, hands-on Meta ads experience, and a track record scaling D2C or fast-growth consumer brands via paid social. Hybrid working with 2 days in the office in the UK.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Creative Strategy, Direct Response or Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on track record managing Meta Ads at scale; TikTok & YouTube experience a big plus.
• Proven history scaling D2C or E-Commerce brands via Paid Social.
• Commercially sharp, data-driven and analytical by nature.

Responsibilities

• Own Performance Creative output across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Drive data-driven optimization and reporting for paid social campaigns.
• Support growth of D2C/e-commerce brands through paid social strategies.
