Job summary

Buttermilk Limited is looking for a Creator Manager in London to oversee influencer campaigns from discovery to completion. You will manage onboarding, negotiations, and content approvals, ensuring high standards and ASA compliance across mid to macro-level creators.

You will collaborate with strategy and client services to optimise campaigns, build relationships with talent managers, and drive timely delivery of assets and reports in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer management with strong relationships and a proven ability to handle mid to macro-level creators.
• Experience in a similar Creator Manager role or equivalent in a fast paced agency environment handling influencer marketing and campaign management

As a Creator Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing mid to macro-level influencers, ensuring high standards across discovery, negotiations, and content approvals for our Silver and Gold-tier clients.Role Overview:The Creator Manager will manage influencer campaigns for mid to macro/VIP influencers, ensuring seamless execution from discovery to campaign completion. You’ll be responsible for overseeing influencer quality control, managing negotiations, and building strong relationships with talent managers. This role requires a blend of strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities:- Influencer Discovery & Outreach:- Identify, research, and engage mid to macro-level influencers who align with client campaign goals.- Influencer Onboarding & Management:- Oversee the onboarding process, including contract negotiations, content reviews, and approvals, ensuring compliance with ASA guidelines.- Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, maintaining strong, ongoing communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.- Quality Control & Monitoring:- Review influencer content and creator lists, ensuring it meets client standards for quality, accuracy, and campaign goals.- Monitor campaign targets and performance, ensuring influencer delivery is on time and within agreed parameters.- Negotiations & Contracting:- Lead negotiations with mid-level influencers, ensuring cost-effective deals without compromising quality.- Provide guidance to Senior Creator Executives (SCE) on mid-tier negotiations, serving as a support and sounding board.- Campaign Management & Reporting:- Manage campaign dashboards, ensuring accurate data entry, monitoring progress, and conducting spot checks for quality assurance.- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, data, client services) to optimise influencer campaign strategies and troubleshoot any issues.- Relationship Building & Fulfilment Support:- Build and maintain proactive relationships with talent managers to secure premium creators for campaigns.- Provide support in logistics and fulfillment, ensuring product send-outs and campaign materials are delivered on time.- Industry Knowledge & Best Practices:- Stay updated on social media trends, platforms, influencer landscape, and ASA guidelines, ensuring Buttermilk’s influencer strategies remain cutting-edge.- Share industry insights with internal teams to continuously improve campaign performance.Experience & Qualifications:- Experience in a similar Creator Manager role or equivalent in a fast paced agency environment handling influencer marketing and campaign management- Mandatory experience in influencer management with strong relationships and a proven ability to handle mid to macro-level creators.- Demonstrated success in managing influencers and building strong relationships, especially with macro/VIP creators.What We Offer:- Pension, matching contributions- Yearly Bonus- Private Medical Insurance- Juno Wellbeing Credits- Hybrid Working (3 days remote, 2 days at home)- £150 Work-from-Home Setup- Night Key- Birthday Leave- Learning and Development Budget- Work Abroad Allowance
