Job summary

Buttermilk Limited is looking for a Creator Manager in London to oversee influencer campaigns from discovery to completion. You will manage onboarding, negotiations, and content approvals, ensuring high standards and ASA compliance across mid to macro-level creators.

You will collaborate with strategy and client services to optimise campaigns, build relationships with talent managers, and drive timely delivery of assets and reports in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer management with strong relationships and a proven ability to handle mid to macro-level creators.
• Experience in a similar Creator Manager role or equivalent in a fast paced agency environment handling influencer marketing and campaign management

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage mid to macro-level influencers who align with client campaign goals.
• Oversee the onboarding process, including contract negotiations, content reviews, and approvals, ensuring compliance with ASA guidelines.
• Lead negotiations with mid-level influencers, ensuring cost-effective deals without compromising quality.
• Manage campaign dashboards, ensuring accurate data entry, monitoring progress, and conducting spot checks for quality assurance.
