Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Program Manager intern to drive seller incubation and portfolio growth in the UK. The role focuses on designing, executing, and scaling programs that accelerate mid-potential sellers from small GMV to higher performance.

You will work on end-to-end initiatives with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will commit to at least 3 months and gain practical, real-world experience while contributing to impactful projects within TikTok's SMB

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a university degree and available for internship of 12+ weeks, full-time or part-time.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable plans.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with ownership and end-to-end project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design, launch, and manage end-to-end incubation programs for seller onboarding and growth.
Identify scalable growth levers and build enablement frameworks for mass seller activation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with category, operations, and product teams to unlock opportunities.
Manage communication channels to drive seller education, forecasting, and program rollouts.
Monitor KPIs, conduct data-driven analysis, and provide actionable insights.
Anticipate risks and dependencies and navigate internal tools and docs to ensure program success.
