Job summary

TLC Care is seeking a Wellbeing and Activities Co-ordinator to support residents in expressing individual interests and to assist the wellbeing lead in planning, designing and delivering engaging activities. You will foster a stimulating, person-centred environment and work closely with residents, relatives and team members to fulfil residents' wishes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and organising schedules of events or activities.
• Basic competence in core Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Background in occupational therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support residents to express individual interests and plan, design, organise and deliver engaging activities and lifestyle opportunities.
• Promote a stimulating, person-centred environment and participate in team engagement in line with TLC values.
• Work with residents, relatives and team members to ensure activities meet residents' wishes and create happiness and development.
