Job summary

MyEdSpace in the United Kingdom is seeking a Studio Manager on a 12-month contract to own the studio’s operating model end-to-end. You will manage intake, prioritisation, briefs, and delivery across design and edit teams, ensuring deadlines are met and scope creep is minimised.

Experience in a production, traffic, or studio management role coordinating a multi-person creative or production team.
Comfortable owning a project management tool as the single source of truth.
Strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own the intake of all work requests into the studio via workload management tool.
Manage volume and prioritisation of work across design and edit teams.
Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders and manage expectations.
Post briefs to editors and designers using direction from Creative Lead and Copy Lead.
Track delivery against deadlines and flag capacity risk early.
Maintain the studio's operating model and update as volume changes.
Run a consistent weekly rhythm with internal clients, Creative Director, and freelancers.
