Job summary

Engine Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Creative Artworker for a 12–15 month fixed-term maternity cover on a full-time, 100% office-based basis. You will produce and prep artwork from concept to final production on print and digital projects, collaborating with a small studio and senior team to meet tight deadlines.

The role requires several years’ experience in a creative environment, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a solid understanding of print production and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Several years' commercial experience within a creative agency, design studio, print production or in-house marketing environment.
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, artwork preparation and file setup.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot and resolve artwork issues before production.
• Experience producing artwork across a variety of print and digital media.
• Confidence interpreting and working within established brand guidelines.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive, positive and collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a small creative team.

Responsibilities

• Create, adapt and prepare artwork across a wide range of print and digital projects.
• Work closely with senior colleagues, account managers and clients to manage projects and deadlines.
• Ensure all artwork is produced accurately, efficiently and to high production standards.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently and communicate progress clearly.
• Support handover to production and adapt artwork for various formats.
