Job summary

Brahma is seeking a technically sharp Studio Capture Operator to own day-to-day operations of a permanent AI performance-capture studio in London. The role is on-site, hands-on, and involves studio operations, cinematography, lighting, basic rigging and client-facing direction.

You'll run professional multi-camera setups, solve technical issues and guide contributors through interviews, presentations and performances, with regular travel for location captures and studio launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in cinematography or studio production.
• Comfortable operating professional cinema cameras and multi-camera workflows.
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, exposure and color.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of an assigned studio and ensure it is ready to shoot.
• Prepare and operate professional single- and multi-camera capture systems.
• Configure cameras, exposure, color, frame rate and monitoring.
• Monitor focus, exposure, framing, sync and recording status.
• Identify issues and decide when to re-shoot.
• Maintain safe practices around lighting and rigging.
• Direct contributors through interviews and performances.
• Manage media offload, documentation and handover to downstream teams.
• Test and implement new capture workflows.
