Job summary

Netholabs Ltd. in London and Brighton is seeking a reliable, hands-on assistant to support day-to-day operations at our on-site capture sites for integrated motion-capture and neurophysiology work.

Under the Hardware Systems Engineer, you will prep and run sessions, keep rigs and data organized, log sessions accurately, and follow established SOPs. This execution role focuses on delivering consistent, protocol-driven results.

Qualifications

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to follow technical protocols precisely and document as you go.
• Comfortable working hands-on with hardware and cabling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rigs and equipment ahead of recording sessions.
• Run recording sessions following established SOPs.
• Handle participant setup and guide subjects through capture.
• Log sessions accurately and flag anything anomalous.
• Assist with rig assembly, teardown, and routine maintenance.
• Help set up multi-camera / multi-sensor configurations.
• Keep data storage, file naming, and backups tidy and consistent.
• Maintain equipment inventory and flag restocking needs.
