Pure Pet Food Ltd is seeking a Creative Strategist to join our fast-paced Growth Team. You’ll craft performance-driven ads across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, owning concepts from script to final cut while collaborating with media buyers and other strategists.

This full-time, hybrid role offers a salary up to £35,000, 38.75 hours/week, and benefits including a discretionary bonus, dog-friendly office, pension, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative, video editing, content marketing, copywriting or organic social.
• Content creator mindset with camera presence and own voice.
• Strong scripting, storytelling and editing understanding.
• Passion for content and social media, especially Meta, Instagram and TikTok.
• Curiosity about AI tools and using them to work faster and better.
• Focus on performance, not just visuals.
• Self-driven, organized with attention to detail.
• Collaborative, team-player in a fast-moving hybrid team.

Responsibilities

• Come up with scroll-stopping creative concepts for paid social video ads on TikTok and Meta.
• Write high-performing scripts with strong hooks and persuasive storytelling.
• Appear on camera to create content with natural, relatable presence.
• Edit video content from rough cut to finished ad using editing tools.
• Use AI-assisted editing tools to bring concepts to life quickly.
• Write clear content briefs for production, including filming direction for UGC creators and in-house team.
• Review ad performance with the team and iterate on creatives based on results.
• Keep up with TikTok and Meta trends and generate new content ideas.
