About the role

To help support our growth, we’re looking for an experienced brand strategist to lead brand consultancy projects across our client portfolio. Our brand strategists are known for their big-picture thinking and informed research. They provide brand positioning recommendations in varied markets and help develop long-term plans that align with our clients’ goals and objectives.

As a brand strategist, you will run engaging workshops covering customer profiles, journey mapping, brand attributes, archetypes, and brand purpose, all aligned with business goals & priorities.

You should be able to follow and predict trends to develop strategies that succeed in a changing marketplace and anticipate shifting customer profiles. You’ll generate brand leadership presentations and detailed strategy documentation, demonstrating a strong balance of research, reasoning, and creative thinking.

About you

  • You are passionate about branding, with a preference for Marty Neumeier’s thinking.
  • You have extensive experience in brand strategy and can demonstrate it.
  • You are an excellent strategic thinker, capable of developing data-driven, big-picture strategies.
  • You are confident and compelling when running workshops.
  • You can provoke, challenge, and inspire teams.
  • You possess excellent communication skills.
  • You have experience with consumer insight analysis, competitor analysis, consumer profiles, brand positioning frameworks, and brand architecture.
  • You are reliable, delivering work on time and within budget.
  • You pay great attention to detail.
