Role: Freelance Social + Influencer Strategist

Location: Hybrid / London

We’re hiring on behalf of a leading social and influencer agency known for creating standout campaigns that cut through. They represent some of the biggest names in talent and have a track record of launching brand stories that get talked about. This is an exciting freelance opportunity to join the team in a strategic role that sits right at the intersection of talent, culture, and brand. You’ll be helping to shape and pitch killer creative strategies, working closely with clients, talent teams, and creators to make sure ideas don’t just look good on paper—but actually land.

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling social and influencer strategies for brand campaigns, talent activations, and always-on storytelling
• Collaborate closely with creative, client services, and talent teams to build insight-led responses to briefs
• Support on new business pitches and deck creation—bringing fresh thinking and sharp positioning
• Use platform, culture, and audience insights to shape ideas that genuinely resonate
• Work directly with clients to help articulate strategy and steer campaigns through to delivery
• Stay ahead of trends in social, creator culture, and brand behaviour

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a creative, social or influencer agency environment
• A strategic mind that’s equally comfortable writing slides and talking through ideas with clients
• Proven ability to contribute to and lead strategy on brand pitches
• Confident crafting approaches that leverage creators and communities for real impact
• A strong grasp of platform nuances (from TikTok and Instagram through to emerging spaces)
• Great communicator, highly collaborative, and fast to get stuck in
