Creative Strategist | 3 days per week in office in Marylebone

We are hiring for yet another Creative Strategist to join our ever-growing team (we hired someone a few weeks ago, but this is another new position).

As Creative Strategist you’ll play a vital role in the creative and strategic aspects of our performance and growth marketing activity. Working to promote our product portfolio across a range of performance marketing channels, your ultimate mission is to concept winning ideas for our campaign, using a strong foundation of data and insights and your imagination!

What we're looking for:

• Extensive experience within a performance/growth-focused creative strategy role (ideally 5+ years experience)
• A creative powerhouse who can generate multiple ad concepts quickly and enjoys testing innovative formats
• A commercially-minded thinker who understands the psychology behind stopping the scroll and converting to purchase
• Strong performance instinct - you can identify what's working and why without getting lost in data
• Experience optimising creative for Meta and TikTok ads, with an understanding of platform-specific nuances
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with rapid testing cycles and quick iteration
• Hands-on approach - comfortable directing content shoots, writing persuasive ad copy, and sketching storyboards
• Research-oriented mindset - regularly analysing competitor activity, platform trends, and wellness category content
  
  

What you'll be doing:

• Own and execute our performance-driven content strategy, ensuring all creative is optimised for conversions
• Lead ideation sessions and provide creative direction for paid social content
• Develop and maintain a structured testing framework to continuously improve creative performance
• Collaborate closely with our performance marketing team to align creative with campaign objectives
• Analyse top-performing ads in the wellness and nutrition space to inform our creative approach
• Balance brand storytelling with direct response techniques to create content that both builds brand and drives sales
• Create briefs for in-house content creators and external agencies, ensuring consistent quality and messaging
• Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and implement them into our creative strategy
