About the role

Reporting into the Creative Director, our Creative Planning Manager is responsible for connecting the Marketing teams with the Content and Creative team. You should be comfortable discussing data and insights as well as creative execution and cultural trends.

This role involves working with campaign and marketing teams to translate conceptual briefs into clear, focused executional briefs, turning business strategies into actionable creative tasks. Building trust within Content, Creative, and the wider Customer team is essential.

  • Expected salary: £53,000 - £75,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Working pattern: Hybrid approach, 2-3 days in the office at London Head Office in Pimlico, with occasional visits to Origin Park (NW1). No travel allowance provided.

Note: The position is internally known as the “Creative Strategist”. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for in-person interviews in Pimlico during w/c 16th June, with virtual interviews scheduled for w/c 23rd June 2025.

  • Promote effective creative work within the business.
  • Support award submissions for creative excellence.
  • Stay informed on cultural and market trends.
  • Share knowledge and foster team culture.
  • Advocate for creative work across the organization.
