The Plough East Sheen, part of Fuller’s, is seeking a talented Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead the kitchen in their absence. You will oversee daily operations, ensure fresh seasonal dishes, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high standards.

• Deputy to Head Chef, able to take control in their absence.

• Bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
