Fuller’s is seeking a talented sous chef to join The Plough, a well-loved pub on the edge of Richmond Park. You will support the Head Chef, prep fresh seasonal dishes, and lead a small kitchen team in their absence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures.

Responsibilities

• Take full kitchen control in Head Chef's absence.
• Prepare fresh seasonal dishes with local ingredients.
• Lead and develop kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Contribute to menu planning and daily specials.
• Assist in training and induction of new staff.
