Coppa Club in Cardiff is seeking a confident, creative Sous Chef to lead a busy, high‑volume kitchen with a people‑first approach and a passion for seasonal, standout dishes. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong culinary technique and creativity with attention to detail.
• Leadership skills to guide and inspire the kitchen team.
• Passion for food and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house.
• Calm under pressure with strong multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations: support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen activities and staff performance.
• Mentor the team: train and motivate junior chefs to grow and thrive.
• Contribute creatively: help shape seasonal specials and bring fresh ideas to the pass.
