Fuller’s Swan in Arundel is seeking a creative Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll deputise for the Head Chef, taking full control of the kitchen in their absence and ensuring exceptional service across busy events and daily launches.

You’ll pride yourself on fresh dishes made from seasonal, local ingredients, lead a supportive team, and maintain high hygiene and food safety standards while continuously introducing new ideas.
