3Search in London is seeking a Freelance Videographer & Creative Content Creator to shape social video from concept to finished assets. You will shoot, edit and animate for short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, blending storytelling with design.

The role is part-time or full-time freelance, requiring a strong portfolio and proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator. You’ll work independently and adapt plans based on performance data.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of social-first content.
• Experience filming and editing for short-form video.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to craft headlines, hooks and on-screen text for engagement.
• Independent, adaptable, willing to interview contributors and respect brand/consent rules.
