You will plan and manage content across platforms, create engaging material, run paid campaigns, optimise for SEO, and analyse performance to drive results. Applicants should have 2–3 years in social/digital marketing, strong copywriting, and a driving licence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience within social media and digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• Great photographic eye and the ability to create and edit video content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent copywriting ability.
• Experience using social media scheduling tools and email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Insights and SEMrush.
• Salesforce experience would be advantageous.
• Creative, proactive and enthusiastic approach with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
• Ability to prioritise workloads, manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media – Plan content calendars, schedule posts and manage feeds across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create engaging content – Write copy, develop website content, design graphics, take photos and edit short-form videos.
• Manage digital campaigns – Support and deliver paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
• Improve online visibility – Optimise website copy, meta descriptions and keywords for SEO and organic traffic.
• Support email marketing – Plan, create and schedule campaigns to engage customers.
• Track performance – Monitor campaigns with Google Analytics and social insights to improve activity.
• Support award submissions – Research and write compelling entries for industry awards.
• Keep the website up to date – Update site content with key information, photos and statistics.
• Research the market – Monitor competitors and trends to identify opportunities.
