Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience within social media and digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
• A great photographic eye and the ability to create and edit video content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent copywriting ability.
• Experience using social media scheduling tools and email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Insights and SEMrush.
• Salesforce experience would be advantageous.
• A creative, proactive and enthusiastic approach with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
• Ability to prioritise workloads, manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Write social media copy, develop website content, design graphics, shoot and edit short-form videos.
• Support and deliver paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
• Optimise website copy, meta descriptions and keywords to improve SEO and increase organic search traffic.
• Plan, create and schedule email marketing campaigns to engage customers.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights to improve activity.
• Research and write compelling entries for industry award submissions.
• Update website content with key information, photography, statistics and business updates.
• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools.
