Altadicta is a UK-based design and communications agency helping global organisations connect with their people. We seek an organised, commercially aware Project Manager/Account Manager to lead a varied portfolio of creative work and build strong client relationships.

You'll translate briefs into actionable plans, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, monitor budgets and deadlines, and drive quality from brief to delivery.

Competenze

• 4+ years in project management or account management within a creative or communications agency.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Confident working directly with corporate clients and managing expectations.
• Strong briefing, writing and communication skills.
• Commercial confidence: discussing budgets, timelines and scope changes.

Mansioni

• Manage a varied portfolio of projects from assets to multi-workstream campaigns.
• Build trusted client relationships with clear updates and proactive guidance.
• Turn client requests into actionable briefs with deliverables, timings and responsibilities.
• Prepare scopes of work, estimates, schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate designers, strategists, writers, filmmakers, developers and external suppliers.
• Consolidate feedback, manage approvals and maintain version control.
• Track budgets and time, flag risks early and approve scope changes.
• Check deliverables against the brief and coordinate quality checks before release.
• Keep project records, purchase orders and invoicing information up to date.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing accounts and involve the right colleagues.
• Improve processes and explore AI/automation to reduce administration.
