Job summary

Echo House is a hybrid-design agency specialising in Creative and Technical Design, Artworking, Digital Content, and sustainable production. We seek a Creative Project Manager to lead accounts from briefs through to delivery, coordinating design, print, and installation stages with a focus on quality and timelines.

You will liaise with clients, manage multiple projects, and work closely with our design, print, and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in the graphics and creative production industry.
• Ability to communicate instructions clearly to a team.
• Flexibility and willingness to provide practical support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as conduit between the company and clients, fostering relationships and understanding new project briefs.
• Oversee key clients and their project portfolio, with internal support as needed.
• Proactively drive briefs from clients and develop commercial opportunities.
• Provide visual merchandising and creative direction to all works and internal teams.
• Manage client expectations, maintain budgets, and meet deadlines.
• Prepare installation briefs for bespoke projects.
