Job summary

Altadicta in London is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead design thinking, craft high-quality visuals, and bring ideas to life across campaigns, brand systems, digital experiences and environmental branding.

You will translate briefs into engaging outputs, manage multiple projects at pace, and ensure all work stays visually consistent with client brand guidelines, delivering clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a design agency or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign, brand and digital work.
• Experience on large-scale internal or external communications projects is a plus.
• Excellent layout, typography and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of brand systems and visual identity.
• Ability to work across print, digital and motion-adjacent design.
• High attention to detail and craft.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual development of campaigns and brand systems from concept through to delivery.
• Translate strategic briefs into clear, engaging and visually compelling outputs.
• Design across a variety of formats including campaign assets, presentations and pitch decks, digital platforms along with environmental and spatial branding.
• Ensure all work is visually consistent, well-crafted and aligned to client brand guidelines.
