Black Ink Projects is seeking a dedicated Creative Producer to join our culture- and design-focused team. You’ll run multiple packaging and production projects, build client relationships, and bring briefs to life with high-quality, sustainable solutions.

You’ll manage timelines, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain exceptional service while pushing creative boundaries across luxury brands.

Qualifications

• Background in design (ideally 3D or packaging).
• Experience with suppliers/factories and production knowledge.
• Product sourcing and logistics management.
• Attention to detail and pride in quality.
• Strong client relationship management and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Running multiple projects from ideation to completion solo and with the team.
• Building client relationships and developing ongoing new business.
• Maintaining high organisation and exceptional service levels.
• Collaborating with partners to suit project needs.
• Researching production elements across media per client brief.
• Designing packaging to fit client needs and budgets.
• Thinking creatively to enhance user experience while prioritising sustainability.
• Creating mood boards and presentations to convey ideas.
• Sketching/Modeling ideas for team/partners/clients.
• Tracking trends and materials to inspire design work.
• Gathering costs/timelines from production partners.
• Managing timelines and budgets; delivering on schedule.
• Being main point of contact for clients through journey.
