Job summary

Critical Playground LLC is seeking a brilliant packaging production specialist to join our in-house Creative Studio, leading packaging artworking across BEAR, TREK, nakd., Kiddylicious and Peter’s Yard.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Design to maintain high technical standards, actively artworking and rolling out packaging across multiple brands, formats and markets, while mentoring the production team.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in packaging artworking and production within FMCG or consumer brands, with desire to take on greater senior responsibility.
• Deep technical knowledge of packaging production, including masterfiles, colour management and preflight.
• Advanced Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign skills across complex ranges and multilingual artwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop packaging production across the studio, maintaining high technical standards.
• Artworking, adapting and rolling out packaging across multiple brands, formats, SKUs and markets.
• Mentor and develop the packaging production team and collaborate with printers and external partners.
• Explore AI tools and workflow automation to improve artwork checking, versioning and quality control.
• Support shopper, POS and other printed materials with technical production expertise.
