Job summary

Black Ink Projects Ltd is seeking a Junior Product & Packaging Designer to own the physical design and support the production process across a portfolio of brands. This hands-on, design-first role turns concepts into real packaging, products, and assets from sketches to prototyping and final production.

You’ll bring 3D/packaging design skills and a love of materials, paired with the organisation to run multiple projects from ideation to delivery with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Product, industrial, or packaging design experience with production/prototyping exposure.
• Strong grounding in 3D design and packaging structures; comfortable with 3D printing workflow.
• Design experience 1–3 years in a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); CAD/rendering skills are a bonus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with independence and strong time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to build client relationships.
• Interest in culture, design, and trends across beauty, lifestyle, and luxury markets.
