Job summary

Black Ink Projects is seeking a Creative Producer to join our culture-led design and production studio. You will run diverse projects from ideation to delivery, balancing aesthetics with practical production considerations.

You’ll build client relationships, source materials, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure high-quality, sustainable outcomes across luxury packaging and related design work.

Qualifications

• Background in design (ideally 3D or packaging) with diverse creative exposure.
• Experience with suppliers/factories, especially print or packaging production.
• Sourcing of products and materials for projects.
• Managing shipping and delivery logistics across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple projects from ideation to completion, solo and with the team.
• Build client relationships and develop ongoing new business.
• Maintain high level of organisation to ensure exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with partners to source production elements and manage costs.
• Design creative packaging that fits client budgets and sustainability goals.
• Present ideas via mood boards and presentations; sketch/model concepts for the team.
