You will head a small design team, own end-to-end packaging design, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain high standards and commercial impact.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a small design team, overseeing packaging, print and digital creative.
• Own end-to-end packaging design process from brief to final artwork approval with internal and external collaborators.
• Champion design quality and consistency across packaging, photography and marketing materials.
• Manage timelines, seasonal workflows, budgets and agency relationships to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Support marketing activity across retail displays, POS, social, email, website and campaign assets.
• Evaluate creative performance and ensure design decisions support engagement and commercial objectives.
