Job summary

Cloud Online Recruitment is seeking a sharp Creative Account Manager to join the Client Services team. You will coordinate the creative studio production workflow for a flagship financial services client, acting as the central pivot between our client services team, the dedicated studio and the client's internal systems.

This role balances capacity management with creative excellence, ensuring every project is executed efficiently and to the highest standard while maintaining clear communication

Responsibilities

Are you ready to take the next step in your agency career? We are looking for a sharp, organized, and collaborative Creative Account Manager to join our Client Services team.

In this role, you will work alongside the Snr Creative Account Manager and manage the creative studio production workflow for a flagship financial services client. You’ll be the central pivot between our client services team, dedicated creative studio and the client's internal systems. You will balance capacity management with creative excellence, ensuring every project is executed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: Triage incoming requests and transform them into clear, actionable briefs for the creative studio.
• Relationship Maintenance: Build and sustain strong client trust through clear communication, prompt issue resolution and proactive support.
• Production Oversight: Track work‑in-progress (WIP) across workflow systems, maintaining complete visibility over deadlines and potential resource bottlenecks.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with designers, artworkers and digital content creators to ensure alignment, acting as the primary point of escalation for execution challenges.
