Job summary

Cloud Online Recruitment is seeking a sharp Creative Account Manager to join the Client Services team. You will coordinate the creative studio production workflow for a flagship financial services client, acting as the central pivot between our client services team, the dedicated studio and the client's internal systems.

This role balances capacity management with creative excellence, ensuring every project is executed efficiently and to the highest standard while maintaining clear communication

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: triage requests and convert them into clear briefs for the creative studio.
• Relationship maintenance: build trust through clear communication and proactive support.
• Production oversight: track WIP and ensure visibility over deadlines and bottlenecks.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with designers and content creators; escalation point for execution challenges.
